Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on new talent in available in job market
Maintaining a pool of prospective candidates segregating skills sets
Analyzing profiles as per clients’ assigned requirements
Interviewing potential candidates considering clients & industry-standard techniques
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Get up to 25% of billing
